Acoustic parameters of the Liadur noise barriers

In terms of sound insulation the panels are classified as highly sound proof and in terms of absorption the panels are classified in the category of “high absorptive barriers”. The value of sound absorption depends on the varying thickness and shape of the absorption layer’s surface.

1. Liadur panels - low wave:

• sound insulation DLR > 45,0 dB, cat. B3
• sound absorption DLα > 8 dB, cat. A3

2. Liadur panels - high wave:

• sound insulation DLR > 45,0 dB, cat. B3
• sound absorption DLα > 11 dB, cat. A4

3. Liadur panels - flat surface:

• sound insulation DLR > 45,0 dB, cat. B3
• sound absorption DLα = 4 - 8 dB (depending on thickness of abs. layer), cat. A2
